The contractor shall be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment required to renovate the HVAC system at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, located at 1340 A1A S, St. Augustine, FL 32080, for the back of house rooms to separate the systems and rooms to eliminate cross contamination within the rooms from air flow. The work includes removal of the existing HVAC system, installation of new HVAC systems for each room, extension of the walls between the rooms to the ceiling, and installation of any and all associated electrical and associated connections to complete the work. The intent of this project is to reduce the exchange of air flow between parties in each room to reduce or mitigate the spread of airborne illnesses including coronavirus. Bonds required.
