Work includes all land clearing and a new 8-inch sewer outfall that must be placed across a portion of the neighboring St. Joe Land & Development Company property to facilitate the required tie-in to an existing City of Tallahassee sanitary sewer pumping station that’s located in Montejo subdivision (for providing sewer services to Annawood); also, the continuation of an existing 8-inch sewer main which extends southward from out of Montejo (for providing the sewer services for BelairPhase I). This project encouraged M/WBE participation.
