This contract is for annual needs to provide stabilization of eroded slopes and or banks, throughout Division 5. Contractor shall provide equipment, labor, and all materials necessary to excavate, grade and shape slopes/banks as needed for proper installation of retaining wall(s), repairs and seeding of eroded repair areas. Contractor shall be required to provide traffic control as directed by the Engineer. The date of availability for this contract is August 10th, 2022. The completion date for this contract is August 9th, 2023. If the anticipated MBE/WBE participation is zero, the Contractor shall make an effort to recruit and use MBE / WBEs during the performance of the contract. Any MBE / WBE participation obtained shall be reported to the Department. The Combined MBE / WBE Goal for this project is 0.0%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
