The Department of Watershed Management ("DWM") is seeking bids from qualified firm(s) to install, repair, replace and maintain generators at OWTR facilities, in accordance with the City of Atlanta, Code of Ordinances 2-1188. The qualified firm will furnish all labor, equipment and materials to install, repair, replace and maintain current generators operated by the City at Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Preventative Maintenance Services, on an as-needed basis, in accordance with manufactures standards. Bidders are required to furnish a Bid Guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid amount. Bidders offering alternative Bids shall provide a guaranty for the largest total Bid amount. The guaranty shall be a bid bond using Form 3, or a certified check. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
