This Contract involves the milling and paving of County roads as an On-Call basis. This contract also involves crack sealing, shoulder building, patching of various locations as directed by the County. The contractor shall be prequalified with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). It is preferred that any subcontractor shall also be prequalified with GDOT, but the County will consider contractor’s use of subcontractors so long as subcontractor’s experience and list of previous projects can be reviewed and vetted by the contractor and the County. The initial contract term shall be one (1) year from the date of execution. The contract may be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Questions via email to Owner by 9/23/2022, 3:00pm.
