The Contractor shall provide maintenance service as specified herein. Work shall be bid as an annual lump sum amount. Work shall include being available to provide Emergency Services at an additional charge to the contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materiel, and supervision required to maintain the grounds around Larue D. Carter Memorial Hospital as described in this contract.
