The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Provision of Plumbing Repair, Maintenance, and Installation Services on an Annual Contract with Four (4) Options to Renew for various Gwinnett County departments. Types of services shall include but not be limited to: 1. Water service lines and valves from the meters to the facilities, including fire line service from meter. 2. Domestic water piping throughout the facilities 3. Commercial and residential grade toilets, urinals, flush valves, sinks, showers, faucets, floor drains, and associated connections and piping 4. Sanitary waste piping within the facilities and from buildings to service manholes 5. Gas and electric water heaters 6. Electric water coolers 7. Outdoor and indoor drinking fountains 8. Commercial ice machines and filters 9. Sewer line repair, inspection, and unclogging 10. Chilled and condenser water piping (1/2” to 18” in diameter) used in cooling; to include valves, unions, and insulation 11. Hot water piping (1/2” to 18” in diameter) used in heating; to include valves, unions, and insulation 12. Kitchen equipment connections for gas and water lines 13. Miscellaneous HVAC equipment connections for gas and water lines 14. Miscellaneous and general plumbing items 15. Welding of piping and piping connections 16. Roof drains, and other elements of roof drainage systems 17. Water features Bonds required.
