Indian River County requires the services of experienced firms to provide ongoing Custodial Services in County Owned and/or operated facilities. The work will include furnishing all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment and materials for the execution of Custodial Services in accordance with the requirements in this solicitation and subject to the terms of the agreement (a draft of which is attached). The services shall include all functions normally considered a part of workmanlike janitorial work. Work is to include: A. Routine Daily cleaning B. Project cleaning C. Daytime Building Attendant Duties The facilities requiring service are divided into four geographical groups. The County will award each group to one firm. No firm will be awarded more than one group.
