The project consists of: Providing annual maintenance and service of Industrial Heating Ventilation and air Conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing systems at Various Flood Control /Navigational Facilities in the Cities of Boston, Somerville, Everett, Revere, Dedham, and Newton. All General Bidders for this project are required to be certified with the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in Both HVAC & PLUMBING which they are bidding on and must submit with the bid an update of their respective qualifications.
