Owner is currently in a contract with Little Acre Nursery, Del Rio, Texas, 78840, based on award of Request for Proposal 21-25 for Grounds Maintenance District Wide. This proposal was opened on Thursday, 29 April 2021 at 2:00 p.m. and the award was approved by the Board of Trustees on 17 May 2021. The term of contract is through 31 May 2022 and may, by mutual agreement between both parties, be extended for three (3) additional one (1) year periods for the 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 school years.
This RFP #22-04 for Extension of Current Grounds Maintenance District Wide shall not be construed as a negation of the existing RFP 21-25.
The following Request of Proposal 22-04, Extension of Current Grounds Maintenance Contract District Wide is to cover unforeseen projects on district owned property that may arise during contract period that are NOT CURRENTLY COVERED IN RFP 21-25.
The contract for Extension of Current Grounds Maintenance Contract District Wide shall not be awarded to a single vendor. Each vendor submitting proposal will be contacted on an “as needed basis” as projects/needs arise.
The initial term of this contract will be after Owner approval on 13 December 2021 and will commence on 1 January 2022 and be good through 31 May 2022; and may, by mutual agreement between both parties, be extended for three (3) one (1) year extensions.
