The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract for grounds maintenance for water treatment remote sites for the City of Arlington's water department. The successful bidder shall provide routine maintenance, corrective repair and emergency service, as well as annual inspections to all the listed elevators and lifts. The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Questions are due by 2:00 PM on May 20th. The City’s MBE/WBE goal, for this project is 10 %.
