The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified, licensed and experienced contractors to provide Annual Services for Installation and Removal of Submersible Well Pump Assemblies and Related Work for James City Service Authority (JCSA). The work under this RFP consists of and is not limited to providing all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, welding, grinding, thread cleaning, pipe threading, pipe fitting, pipe cutting, wire splicing, well video survey, quality assurance and other related services and materials as required to for the installation and removal of submersible well pump assemblies and related work.
