Resource Conservation District of Tehama County (RCDTC) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for an upcoming rehabilitation/restoration project. This Project is funded through a grant partnership with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service’s Anadromous Fish Screen Program (AFSP). In general, the proposed Project includes: construction of a new 100-cfs off-channel fish screen in an existing irrigation diversion from Antelope Creek including fabricated steel support structure and screen panels, motorized brush cleaning system, reinforced concrete intake/diversion channel, fish screen bay, access ramp, and flow control headwall; 24” diameter PVC screen bypass and juvenile return pipeline with discharge structure; installation of a 48” diameter HDPE inverted siphon pipeline including reinforced concrete inlet and discharge structure; placement of approximately 115 tons of rock scour protection in Antelope Creek; modification of an existing fish ladder structure including selective concrete saw cutting and removal;mobilization and demobilization; establishment of staging areas and site access; and related ancillary work activities The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the Project.
