The work shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor and equipment for: Apartment Drive Reconstruction. The time of completion for the project is ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the “Notice to Proceed”. For contracts of $50,000 and above, retainage on work completed will be withheld by the City as follows: Retainage will be held at the rate of ten percent (10%) of the value of work completed, invoiced and approved by the Public Works Director.
