Site work and installation of a new underground stormwater detention vault and pump station system, complete including, but not limited to; selective demolition, earthwork, underground piping, dewatering, traffic control, pavement work, pump purchase & installation, electrical, controls and associated work as indicated on the construction plans prepared by the City of Fernandina Beach’s Engineering Consultant, CPH, Inc. All tools, materials, supervision, labor, and equipment for the Area 5 Drainage Improvements and Alachua St Expansion to consist of a new stormwater pump station at Alachua St including, selective demolition, earthwork, miscellaneous site work, installation of new storm piping, detention vault, pump station and pump equipment, pavement installation, electrical and controls and all miscellaneous items as specified on the Construction plans prepared by the City of Fernandina Beach’s Engineering Consultant, CPH, Inc.
