Delta Community Developers Corp. (DCDC) is seeking bids for the Artesi II Migrant Center Site and Tenant Improvements (TI’s) located 777 W. Mathews Road, French Camp, CA 95231. The Project consists of ADA Compliant designated accessible parking, rental housing asbestos abatement, deteriorated siding replacement and water intrusion repairs, substantial deterioration of the exterior siding beneath the new siding under many windows and doors indicative of water intrusion at those locations may lead to substantial damage to the framing that is not visible, painting and waterproofing exterior siding; window covering replacements as needed, fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors as needed, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Packing Unit repairs as needed, replace the laundry room water heater, repair damaged concrete pedestrian walkways, etc. HUD DBE and Section 3 requirements. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the PublicPurchase.com website by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, October 21, 2022. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
