The City is seeking bids for services in Site Work (Excavation, Grading, & Trenching) and Erosion Control & Planting on an as-needed basis. Awardees shall provide labor, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment for projects via task order. The bid form will establish hourly rates. Task Orders will establish mobilization, materials, and equipment costs. The City will award up to 3 contracts in each category for $1.6M each over 5 years. 

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
