It is the intent of these specifications to provide an as-needed service contract for the removal and disposal of asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or lead containing material (LCM). Services will be requested on an individual “Letter of Authorization” basis in conjunction with the management of County facilities by the Department of Public Works or other County departments. Warren County does not guarantee a minimal amount of work with the service contract.
