The Owner will receive sealed bids from Contractors in Physical Plant Office (Entrance Area) for the construction of MRR-20-0501 Ashley Hall Conversion to Electrical Heat located in Valdosta , Georgia. This project is located at Ashley Hall on the main campus of Valdosta State University. The purpose of the project is to replace the existing HVAC hydronic heating system with a new electric heat system. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent of the Bid. Bid Bonds should be furnished on forms accepted as standard by the insurance industry, but shall be substantially in accordance with the Bid Security Form attached hereto. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
