Complete asphalt repairs at the Western Area Power Administration’s (WAPA’s) PMOC, located in Loveland, Colorado. Area encompassing crack seal and seal coat repair is approximately 302,290 square feet (33,660 square yards). The work shall include: a. Asphalt crack seal and seal coat process as required per specifications. b. Re-establishing and painting all parking spaces and traffic control lines on the site. Bonds required. Davis Bacon Wages apply.
