Maintenance Building
The scope of work for this project includes construction of a raised steel platform on new concrete foundations to support an existing unit substation currently located nearby on a concrete slab on grade. The new steel platform will include a maintenance catwalk with railing and access staircase surrounding the relocated unit substation. Portions of the existing chain link fence will need to be removed and new chain link fence will be installed around the new steel platform. Existing electrical cables to be extended to the relocated substation. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Please refer to documents for details.
