Multipurpose Center located in Pine Island Park at 3801 South Pine Island Road, Davie, FL 33328. Meet outside the main entrance of the Multipurpose Center.
The Town of Davie (hereinafter referred to as the “Town”) desires bids for a term contract for meeting services which includes audio, visual, production (labor, repair, supervision, and equipment). The scope of requirements includes but is not limited to the following: full completion of production for audio visual services for Town meetings including labor, staffing, equipment, lighting technician, sound technician, producers, director, cameraperson and additional staff as needed for events. The Contractor must be able to provide allinclusive full sound, visual, and lighting services for Town events ranging in size.
