The Project is generally described as: window replacement project, with work that includes, but is not limited, to the following: A. Demolition and hazardous materials abatement of existing windows in the Auto Shop and Auto Shop Classroom, B. Removal of existing window shades, C. Installation of new aluminum windows and window hardware, D. Installation of intermediate steel structural posts at new windows, E. Patch and repair of existing terra cotta window sills, F. Installation of new window shades. G. All associated architectural, structural, and miscellaneous related work. H. Hazardous material abatement related to the project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DVBE goal applies.
