The vendor shall provide all supervision, skilled technicians, chemicals, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, insurance, etc., to provide a comprehensive water treatment program for the Klein ISO. The water treatment program will include all condenser water, chilled water, and heating water. In addition, the water treatment program will include all chemical products, any required equipment, and professional consulting services. See attached.
