Install new valving, blowoffs, thrust restraints, and other appurtenances required to complete water main improvements. Work must be substantially complete by August 1, 2023 with final completion by August 31, 2023. Once Contractor has commenced work, all work shall be completed within 150 calendar days Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
