The City of Santa Ana is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide turnkey services for the life cycle replacement of the critical HVAC serving the Basement Computer Room. The City has not yet determined a final solution. As a result, two (2) options are being bid for consideration by the City referenced in this Request for Proposal (RFP) as Option 1: Life Cycle Replacement of AC-13 and Option 2: Life Cycle Replacement of AC-12 and AC-13. Determination of the final selected approach will be subject to the costs of the submitted proposals. Bonds required. Previaling wages. Q&A due by 04/06/21 at 2PM. SBE goals.
