The principal features of the work to be performed under this contract consist of all labor, equipment, fees, permits, and other related costs necessary for excavations for electrical manholes and underground ductbanks, installation of property line utility manholes, property line utility switches, onsite electrical manholes, underground ductbanks, feeders between property line manholes/switches and the Main Substation, interconnection of utility feeders to existing main service entrance switchgear and transformers, interfacing with revenue metering equipment, installation of load break switches at the Operations Building, 4.2 kV transformers at the Operating Building and Raw Sewage Pump Switchgear Building, elevated platforms for the 4.2kV transformers, removal of interim emergency generator transformers from the roof of the Main Substation, decommissioning and disconnection of Primary Source Power Generators, site restoration, etc. as described in the Contract Documents. Bond required. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
