This phased construction, while occupied Project is defined by the Contract Documents and can be briefly described as: Clearing of site to allow for construction of a new masonry bearing three-story elementary school. Slab on grade first floor, with composite steel/concrete second and third floors. Interior work includes, painted masonry and metal stud/gypsum drywall partitions, vinyl tile and sheet flooring, acoustical ceiling ceilings of varying types, modular casework and millwork, a commercial warming kitchen with exhaust hood. Site work includes concrete and asphalt paving and walks, curb and gutter, fencing, grading, sod, seed and mulch, retaining walls, underground utilities, site lighting, and landscaping. Q&A due by 4pm, 6/11/21. MBE goal 10%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
