SR 1028, Section B04 (Big Knob Road) – From the intersection with SR 68 (Sunflower Road) and SR 1024 (Deer Lane Ext.) at Segment 0010 Offset 0000 to the intersection with SR 0989 (Wallace City Road) at Segment 0060 Offset 3268. SR 4028, Section B05 (Tuscarawas Road) – From the intersection with SR 168 (Tuscarawas Road and Fairview Road) at Segment 0010 Offset 0000 to approximately 950 feet East of the intersection with Coleman Drive at Segment 0110 Offset 2512. Various State Routes and Facilities throughout Beaver County for unforeseen repair and/or resurfacing, as directed. DBE GFE required. Prequalification required. Required Completion: 12/19/22.
