Virtual Pre-Bid Conference
This project replaces the split chiller at Bedford Hills Elementary School with a packaged low-noise chiller. It also replaces the DX coil and condensing unit serving the auditorium air handling unit at Dunbar Middle School. The condensing unit is replaced in-kind. The single DX coil is replaced with a pair of staggered coils. Grating is added to the existing structural frame. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
