The Town of Beekman, hereinafter called the Owner, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for accessibility improvements to the Town Hall. The work shall generally include the concrete sidewalk, ramps, stairs, curbing, asphalt pavement, pavement striping, ADA signage, river stone planters, landscape beds, and building improvements including doors, windows, door opening systems, and portico, as well as related demolition and utilities as detailed on the plans and specifications. Bidders are required to supply a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
