Work includes construction services in 2 parts: building and site work. Part 1 and site work and right-of-way frontage improvements including signals along 112th Ave NE and NE 12the street. Part 2. The City intends to aware a single contract for both parts f the project scope of work. Part 1 includes construction of an approx. 26,521 SF new 2-story Fire Station and associated selected site demolition, site work, building construction including installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The new station will include administration offices 4 apparatus bays, operational support spaces, crew living spaces, and sleeping rooms. The site work will include storm water mitigation, wetland mitigation/restoration, utilities, landscaping, station and visitor parking, and additional work. Part 2 of the project includes utility relocation, sidewalk, and traffic improvements and right-of-way frontage improvement work along 112the Ave NE and the intersection of 112th Ave NE and 12the St. Bonds required.
