The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for Improvements to the ODFW Bend Regional Office complex. Improvements include new siding, windows and overhead doors on the 6-bay garage building, and new windows and overhead doors on the office building. The work under this contract shall include complete removal of all exterior painted siding, trim, fascia boards that are confirmed to have lead based paint as exterior finish on the 6-bay garage building. The replacement of all siding, soffit, and trim will be 26 gauge painted metal. The work will take place in Deschutes County, Oregon. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
