Work includes both interior and exterior repainting at Benson Hill Elementary School. Interior repainting includes existing gypsum wallboard and CMU wall surfaces at all classrooms, select offices, Gym, stage, Library and other select spaces as indicated on the plans, including respective hollow metal door frames. Exterior repainting of the Playshed includes, steel columns and support structures, glue-laminated beams, wood joists, plywood sheathing and soffits, wood wall panels, wood and metal trim, and all other existing materials with painted finishes. Pressure washing of the Playshed’s metal roofing is included in the scope of Work.
