This project consists of rehabilitation of the Regency Oaks Lift Station. 68.1.1. The station will need to be bypassed which will require a bypass plan submitted by the Vendor/Contractor. 68.1.2. The rehabilitation will also include the installation of a new generator. 68.1.3. The existing wet well, new valve vault, and new collector manhole will be coated per HCUD Specifications Section 9. 68.1.4. The station will receive a new electrical service and panel as well. 68.1.5. There is approximately nine hundred (900) feet of ten-inch force main to be installed along with an approximately one hundred seventy (170) feet of eight-inch force main under US 19 via directional bore. All site improvements are as shown per plan, and all construction will be to HCUD specifications. The Vendor/Contractor shall furnish all labor, vehicles, fuel, tools, equipment, parts, supplies, materials, and fees necessary to accomplish the work set forth in a timely and professional manor per HCUD. 68.2. It will be the Vendor/Contractor’s responsibility to provide an acceptable MOT plan at the Pre-Construction meeting along with a chart showing the project schedule. 68.3. The Vendor/Contractor shall comply with all applicable OSHA workplace safety requirements and shall accomplish the work in a manner providing for the safety of their equipment and workers and for the safety of the general public. Insurance Required. Contractors License Required.
