Vendors must check in at the office and receive a visitor’s pass, then report to the auditorium by 10:00 a.m. for a meeting prior to the site walk. Face Masks are required. Vendors may schedule additional site visits by appointment on January 20, 21, 27 or 28, 2022, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. To schedule an additional site visit, vendors must email Jessica Yost at jessica.yost@jamescitycountyva.gov to request a time slot.
