The Contractor shall furnish all transportation, labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, scaffolding and materials, as necessary, to replace one (1) cable tray hanger and replace one (1) personnel access ladder located in the tank area under the bascule pit floor of the West Bound Berkley Bridge. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
