The Project consists of removing asphalt concrete, fence and guard posts around existing substation; relocating water line; grading; trenching for and laying new conduit and cable, placing new concrete equipment pad; placing new switchgear on equipment pad and energizing prior to deenergizing and removing existing switchgear; installing new fence and guard posts around new substation; and conforming to Environmental Permit Conditions. DBE (SBE/VSBE/MBE/WBE/DVBE's) goals apply. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
