The intent of this bid is to enter into a contract for the widening of the existing asphalt multiuse pathway along Big Blue Trace. The project also includes intersection/crosswalk improvements and drainage modifications. The contractor shall provide all labor, expertise, permits, licenses, insurance, materials, equipment and tools to complete the work in accordance with the approved contract documents and provide for a complete project. The contractor will also be required to obtain a building permit through the Village of Wellington Building Department prior to commencement of construction. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond/Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid and must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
