The Work specified in the “Scope of Services” generally consists of completing and fixing the replacement of defective coating on the interior of the round aeration tank (1 tank) and the rectangular parallel duplex Bardenpho process tanks (6 tanks) and removal and replacement of all aeration diffusers and associated piping back to (not including) the existing blowers. The scope also includes shotcrete repairs of the interior of the round aeration tank, removal, and replacement of associated pipe coatings, including remediation of all mechanical equipment to factory standards, including the replacement of all seals, gaskets, flexible connectors or other devices and parts as may be necessary for proper startup or commissioning of the devices and to achieve their rated design capacities and function.
