The work to be conducted hereunder is located at the Black Gold Golf Club Clubhouse, 1 Black Gold Dr., Yorba Linda, CA, 92886 and Black Golf Club's Maintenance Building 17683 Lakeview Ave, Yorba Linda, CA, 92886. The work generally consists of but is not limited to; the proper decommissioning, removal and demolition of the existing (9) Carrier split system units at the Black Gold Golf Club Clubhouse and the (1) Carrier split system unit at the Black Gold Golf Club's Maintenance Building, installation of new VRF units at the Black Gold Golf Club Clubhouse, the installation of (1) new equivalent sized split system unit at the Black Gold Golf Club's Maintenance Building, preform thorough start-up and commissioning to ensure that the VRF units and the (1) split system units are operating per design conditions.Prevailing wages. Bonds required.DBE/WBE/MBE goals.
