Street parking around the building is available. Visitors will meet at the Lobby of the CJC building and the tour will start in the lobby. Time slots are in one-hour increments between 7AM-4PM (12-1 is reserved for lunch), and only two people are allowed at a time. General contractors are encouraged to have their subcontractors sign up for a walk through as well. Time slots are available at a first come, first served basis and can be reserved by emailing Andy.Carey@traviscountytx.gov.
Estimate: $730,000.00
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, machinery, equipment and all materials necessary to complete this cooling tower upgrade project in accordance with the contract documents. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. GFE required.
