This project will restore the damaged areas and provide flooding relief to the neighborhood. The project includes sediment and debris removal, 600 LF of new storm sewer, new stabilized subgrade, graded aggregate base and approximately 3,750 SY of milling and resurfacing. All these components will re-establish pre-storm conditions within this neighborhood located within District 1. The work shall be substantially completed within Sixty (60) calendar days from the Commencement Date. The Bidder agrees to fully complete all work included above within Ninty (90) consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Questions via email to Owner by 6/8/2022, 5:00pm.
