The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a term contract with two (2) or more qualified suppliers to furnish all tools, labor, material, supplies, transportation, certifications, permits, fees, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide delivery of Best Management Practices (BMP) Services of storm water facilities and related landscaping to Henrico County Public Schools (“HCPS”), as needed and requested in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions, and specifications. SBE documentation required. Questions due by noon, 12/2/21.
