The existing building is approximately 2,700 SF consisting of two restrooms, one office, one classroom, one kitchen, one large flexible space, closets and mechanical rooms. The project includes upfits of the existing structure, and demolition and improvements to the exterior parking lot and pedestrian access. A Bid bond in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of quoted total bid price with their bids. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
