The work to be performed by the Contractor consists of but is not limited to the following: The project includes the renovation of the existing men’s and woman’s restrooms located on the main level. The repair of the existing wood ceiling and decorative columns along the central lobby. The Contractor awarded work under this contract shall commence work within ten (10) days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed and shall fully complete all work hereunder within 25 consecutive calendar days from and after said date.
