The City of Port Orange is soliciting sealed bids for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for drainage upgrades, concrete sidewalk replacement and asphaltic resurfacing services. Bidders must be a commercial entity licensed to do business in the State of Florida and perform the services identified herein and properly registered and licensed to provide the goods or services identified in the scope of work, by all applicable state and local agencies. Contract term: Three hundred and thirty-five (335) days from notice to proceed for substantial completion and an additional thirty (30) days for final completion, not to exceed a total of three hundred and sixty-five (365) for the term of the contract.
