The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, permits and insurance necessary to perform the work described herein, attached hereto and made a part hereof and shall perform such work in accordance with all drawings and/or the specifications as detailed herein. The Contractor shall inspect the project and be aware of the existing conditions and the extent of the work to be performed. The project will consist of construction of concrete sidewalks, Concrete curb and gutter, wheelchair ramps, adjustment of utilities, installation of pavement markings, and grading. Project details are found in the General Provisions, Special Provisions, and Construction plans. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
