Furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary to provide land reclamation for a Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Non- Mandatory Land Reclamation Program located in Sections 6 and 7, Township 31 South, Range 23 East, Polk County, Florida (Bone Valley ATV Park) in accordance with plan sheets and project manual outlined in the bid documents. The project is located at 10427 County Road 630 West, Mulberry, Florida 33860 Sections 30 and 31, Township 31 South, Range 24 East in Polk County Florida. This project calls for the reclamation of one Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Mining and Mitigation Program, Non-Mandatory Land Reclamation Program, WRG-HP- O1(B)(2). The site is classified by the FDEP as a 134.8-program area WRG-HP O1(B)(2). WRG-HP-O1(B)(2) is comprised of 134.8 acres just north of County Road 630, adjacent to the entrance of the Mosaic South Pierce facility. The South Pierce entrance road borders the program area to the east. Additional property owned by the Polk County Board of County Commissioners borders the program on the north and east. South of WRG-HP-O1(B)(2) is the aforementioned County Road 630. Portions of the former mined area contain alternating areas of spoil and low lying area. These areas are covered with a variety of trees and grasses including the invasive cogongrass (Imperata cylindrica). The grass areas extend into the interior of the program and then give way to lower lying areas containing desiccated moist soils with little to no sand tailings. These areas are dominated by Carolina Willow (Salix caroliniana) and Brazilian pepper (Schinus terebinthifolius).
