Work shall consist of providing maintenance for the center median landscape areas along Boulder Highway from Sahara to Desert Inn / Lamb and from Flamingo Road to approx 600’ south of Tropicana Avenue as described in Exhibit A within the Contract Document for the time period specified in the Contract Document. Successful Bidder shall furnish any and all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents and the terms of the contract. See attachment. Bonds required Prevailing wages apply.
